It's very roomy inside and out with 3 large bedrooms 2 of which have a very generous sized wrap around balcony. The villa has all the modern essentials that a family or group of 9 will need to enjoy their stay.

As you approach from the front, you can really appreciate its true size, you have 1 parking spot and 1 carport. As you walk through the carport up the stairs you are welcomed with a large patio space with the pool and bar to the left and the villa and bbq to the right.

Walking into the living room you are greeted with lots of natural light from the many windows and doors on the ground floor. In the living room there is one sofa bed that sleeps two people and one sofa bed would fit 1 adult or 2 children.

At the top of the stairs is the family bathroom with shower, bath, WC and sink. To the left is bedroom 1 with a double bed, cot, en-suite and walk in wardrobe. To the right at the top of the stairs is a double bedroom and the final bedroom with two single beds.

1: We kindly request that all hen, stag, or other types of parties be confirmed with us in advance. An additional deposit will be required for these events. Please note that failure to disclose such gatherings beforehand may result in immediate eviction.

2: For the comfort of all guests, smoking, vaping, and the use of cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the villa.

3: While we love pets and are happy to accommodate them, we do require guests to inform us in advance as there is an additional cleaning fee. Please note that failure to disclose the presence of pets can lead to complications during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain the cleanliness and comfort of the property for all guests

4: Accidents can happen, so we encourage you to inform us promptly of any damage or issues during your stay. This allows us to address the problem swiftly. If there’s an occasional mishap, such as breaking a glass or cup, we would appreciate it if you could replace any damaged items with ones of similar quality.
